Experienced competitive swim coach Mike Kotch obtained his Bachelor’s of Science degree in accounting in 1998 from Bentley University. Since then, he started his career in public accounting with a small local firm where he acquired lifelong professional skills. While working as an accountant in Boston, he excelled in this position for five years before switching careers to become an assistant swim coach. After that, the rest was history. He swiftly seized the opportunity and gave his best performance in this new position. From 2002 to 2008, swim coach Mike Kotch returned to his Alma mater as an Assistant Coach of the swim team. During this time, he also simultaneously earned his MBA, something he remains to be very proud of.
